1. General
This Personal Data Processing and Privacy Policy is compiled in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data dated July 27, 2006, and determines the procedure of personal data processing and measures to ensure the security of personal data undertaken by the All-Russian Public Organization “Russian Association of Oncological Urology” (hereinafter — the Operator).

2.11. User means any visitor of the website https://roou.ru/;
2.12. Personal data provision means actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a certain person or a certain scope of persons;
2.13. Personal data dissemination means any action aimed at the disclosure of personal data to an indefinite scope of persons (transfer of personal data) or making personal data available to an unlimited number of persons, including the publication of personal data in the media, placing in information and telecommunications networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;

7.4. The term of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may withdraw his/her consent to the personal data processing at any time by sending a notice by e-mail to the Operator’s e-mail address roou@roou.ru marked “Withdrawal of consent to the personal data processing”.
8. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
8.1. Before a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign country to the territory of which the personal data is to be transferred, provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects:

Cross-border transfer of personal data in foreign countries that do not meet the above requirements may be performed only upon provision of the written consent of the personal data subject for cross-border transfer of his/her personal data and/or performance of the contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The User can get any clarifications on questions of interest concerning the processing of his/her personal data by sending a written request to the Operator, to the e-mail roou@roou.ru;
